1. 1. Electronic Record
   This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.
2. 2. Publication of Terms
   This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and related policies for the use of our website https://www.inspomax.com and associated digital platforms (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
3. 3. Ownership
   The Platform is owned and operated by Inspomax Solutions, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at 5A, Reddy Street, Perumalpattu, Panduranga Swamy Nagar, Tiruvallur, India (hereinafter referred to as “Inspomax,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
4. 4. Binding Agreement
   By accessing or using our Platform, services, or products—including but not limited to software solutions, IT services, automation, engineering support, virtual machines, licensing solutions, training, and consulting—you agree to these Terms of Use. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by you are expressly rejected. Inspomax reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

   For the purposes of these Terms, the term “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any natural or legal person who accesses, subscribes to, or avails Inspomax’s services and products through the Platform.
6. 6. Acceptance
   Accessing, browsing, or using our Platform or Services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Service Usage Conditions

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration or service usage.
• Our services, including licensed software environments, remote virtual machines, consulting, automation tools, and engineering services, are provided on an “as-is, as-available” basis. We disclaim all liability for service suitability for your specific requirements.
• Inspomax retains all intellectual property rights to its software, solutions, and platform. You may not copy, resell, or exploit our technology without explicit written consent.
• Unauthorized or unlawful use of our Platform or Services may result in suspension or termination of access, along with legal action where applicable.
• You agree to pay applicable service fees and subscription charges as per the plan selected.
• You may not use our Platform or Services for unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purposes under Indian law or these Terms.
• Inspomax may integrate with third-party services (such as cloud providers, payment gateways, or partners). By accessing these, you agree to comply with their respective policies. Inspomax is not responsible for third-party failures or actions.
• You indemnify Inspomax, its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of our Services.
• Inspomax shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory restrictions, etc.).

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Privacy Policy

• Inspomax collects personal and professional information (e.g., name, email, contact, company details, project data) necessary for service delivery, compliance, and communication.
• Sensitive data, such as payment details or confidential project information, is processed securely and only for authorized purposes.
• Inspomax does not sell or trade personal data to third parties. However, we may share data with trusted partners (e.g., cloud providers, payment processors, licensing vendors) strictly for delivering contracted services.
• Data security is enforced using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
• You may request data deletion, correction, or account closure by contacting us. Certain records may be retained to comply with legal or financial obligations.
• By using our Platform, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• For software services, licenses, digital solutions, and consulting, cancellations must be requested within 1 day of purchase/activation, provided services have not already been rendered or licenses activated.
• Once a project, subscription, or virtual environment has commenced, no cancellation or refund is permitted, except in cases of proven service failure attributable to Inspomax.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 working days of approval.
• Refunds are not applicable to:
  • Completed consulting or engineering services
  • Subscription-based digital content
  • Activated licenses or virtual machines
  • Customized solutions or one-time setup costs

Return Policy

Since Inspomax primarily deals in digital services, software solutions, and IT consulting, returns are not applicable. For hardware or third-party products (if supplied under contract), returns will follow the manufacturer’s policies.

Shipping Policy

• As Inspomax primarily delivers digital services, remote access tools, and software solutions, physical shipping is not applicable.
• For hardware or licensed products supplied under special projects, delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Inspomax is not responsible for courier/postal delays in physical shipments handled by third-party logistics providers.
